PRODUCT AND ITS PRICING:
If the jewellery you are trying to buy is currently out of stock, we will call you and give you an update when it is back in the store. Sometimes with the quantity of orders we receive, a piece of jewellery may go out of stock before the posting of the notification. If this happens, we will discuss other possible options.
The pricing and other information related to our jewel available on the homepage of a website can be used as a general guideline for our diamond prices. While the website provides most accurate diamond pricing information, it is not designed to provide an appraisal or guarantee of value or recommend for buying or selling of the diamonds.
VARIED WEIGHTS OF GOLD:
Innocence.co.in regards the accuracy of the weights of the jewel pieces since each one of them is unique and handmade in our factory and no third-party manufacturer is involved. The gold weight mentioned on the website may vary slightly upon the manufacture of the particular product.
In case, the product made is of a lesser gold weight then its description on a website then the excess amount will be compromised accordingly. Similarly, if the gold weight of the product manufactured is more, then the surplus amount will have to be paid by the buyer.
ORDER:
RETAIL PURCHASE
Any customer who wishes to purchase an item from our website can either: •
- Add the chosen diamonds directly to the shopping cart
- Customise their own jewellery by adding diamonds to a ring, earrings common necklace, pendant or any other type of jewellery piece that has an option of customizable on the website and then add it to the cart
- Choose from the options of jewellery available on the website and then add it to the cart
- Discuss with her consultants over phone to place an order
- A registered user on the website needs to provide all the mandatory information like Permanent Account Number(PAN) at the time of the purchase and or any other applicable laws required
- Orders made are considered confirmed only after the payment has been received by innocence.co.in
- To confirm the orders completely, innocence.co.in may at random call up the members who have purchased the item and ask them a verification question
- Innocence.co.in will confirm the order only after the question is correctly answered by the user.
- ONCE THE ORDER AND PURCHASE OF ITEM(S) IS CONFIRMED, innocence.co.in :
In the case of Loose Diamond or customised jewellery – order for the diamond(s), set it on the Mount and deliver it to the Member; or
In the case of Jewellery – Manufacture the Jewellery and deliver it to the Member.
In the event the bank rejects to honour any payment transaction made by a Member towards an order, innocence.co.in shall have the right to refuse to ship the order to the Member without any liability whatsoever.
DELIVERY:
The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
The product is delivered within 5-7 working days in India from the day of order confirmation, provided such delivery is not delayed by any governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver your order within the stipulated period, we shall cancel the order and notify you regarding the same. In such cases, the refund will be made directly to your account via the same mode through which the payment was made.
